- AMC shares are trading 7% lower in the premarket, a continuation of Thursday’s sharp decline after the company announced it would sell more shares. Other popular retail stocks also fell;
BlackBerry BB -12.72 decreased by 1.7%, GameStop GME -3.80 fell 1.2% and Koss fell 5.3%.
- Employers added 559,000 jobs in May and the unemployment rate fell to 5.8%, indicating a recovery in the labor market after the 19th quarter. November.

ASAN 6.52 Shares rose 11% after the collaborative software company raised its full-year expectations as revenue far exceeded expectations.
- Ford
F -0.13% Shares rose 2.6 percent in trading, extending gains from the previous day, after the automaker reported total U.S. sales rose 4.1 percent to 161,725 vehicles in May, with higher sales of SUVs and electrified vehicles offsetting lower truck and car sales.

On average, the 17 largest non-Chinese companies rose about 11% on an equally weighted basis over the three months. During the same period, the shares of 19 electric car companies fell 15%.
