Fantasy football 10-team, 1/2-PPR mock draft

It’s never too early to get ready for your fantasy football draft, and this year is no different. Just like last year, it’s time to preview the upcoming season and think about the impact all the new players will have on your team. As always, we will use projections from the experts at Fantasy Sharks to help us. But enough about fantasy football; let’s preview the upcoming college football season.

The 2017 fantasy football season is over, which means we now know which teams will be competing at the highest levels next year. We’re already looking forward to the 2018 season, which will kick off in just a few weeks. Don’t be left behind; if you want to dominate and win the 2018 season, the time to start preparing is now. To top it off, we’re offering our 10-team, 1/2-PPR mock draft here at ideasforeurope, which will give you an up-to-date look at the 2018 draft class.

It’s time to start thinking about fantasy football again. On this occasion I’m going to do a 10 team, 1/2-PPR mock draft. I will use the current NFL players, and a standard scoring system that allocates points to each player based on their performance over the season. I will use a standard draft order, and the players will be drafted in the reverse order of their current standing in the standings. (For example, if a player has the highest points at the end of the season, he will be picked first.)

Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen, Dak Prescott, Kyler Murray, and Russell Wilson are the top fantasy quarterbacks according to Matthew Berry this season.

It’s mock draft season, which means you’ll be experimenting with various selection tactics to discover what works and what doesn’t.

The ESPN fantasy gurus held a 10-team, 1/2-PPR mock draft this week, and one of them, Tom Carpenter, opted to take advantage of the WR depth this season by loading up on the other positions in the first five rounds.

Carpenter made the following five selections with his first five picks:

Saquon Barkley, RB, New York Giants, 1st round (No. 4) Clyde Edwards-Helaire, RB, KC, Rd. 2 (No. 17) Darren Waller, TE, LV, Rd. 3 (No. 24) George Kittle, TE, SF (Rd. 4) (No. 37) Travis Etienne Jr., RB, JAC, 5th round (No. 44)

Carpenter’s RB and TE spots were definitely secure, but what about the QB and WR positions (complete rosters are given at the bottom of the page)? Isn’t it preferable to pick at least one big-name WR in the first five rounds?

Take a peek for yourself to see who’s climbing up draft boards, who’s sliding, and how things are shaping up as the NFL season approaches.

Fantasy Football is a great game, but it has a few problems. For one, there is no consistency in the scoring. Some leagues use a 5-point system, while others use a 3-point system. Also, the scoring system varies for different leagues. For instance, in some leagues, you get 7 points for a touchdown, 2 points for a field goal, and 1 point for every extra point. In others, you get 6 points for every touchdown, 2 points for every field goal, and 1 point for every extra point. Some leagues even have a hybrid scoring system, where you get 4 points for a touchdown, 2 points for a field goal, and 1 point for every extra point. The fantasy football scoring system is the most.
