Studio director Kevin Feige recently told Disney investors what they and their fans can expect from the studio in the coming years. Feige teased Phase 4 of the MCU last summer at Comic-Con in San Diego, where he and Marvel knocked down the house. It turned out that the studio had many more projects than it revealed that day. This year Feige turned into Santa Claus and delivered a ton of new information about the MCU and some long-awaited trailers.
The biggest difference with MCU Phase 4 compared to the previous phases is that the studio has developed programs together with Disney+ that are part of the adventure of the big screen. This year, fans should be able to see both the Falcon and the Winter Soldier at the same time as WandaVision. However, due to the public health crisis, this did not happen.
The small series of Disney+ were not the only projects affected by this year’s health crisis. Black Widow and the Eternal also ended up in the theatres earlier this year. If Natasha Romanoff’s independent film had been released in May, it would have been available on Blu-ray in time for the holidays. Kevin Feige has officially announced that the Marvel Studios will not replace Chadwick Boseman in Black Panther 2. She-Hulk is a new comedy series coming to Disney+. Officially, Tatiana Maslany is in the role of She-Hulk, also known as Jennifer Walters, a lawyer specializing in superhuman disputes.
